We are looking for an amazing code guru to help lead a small team of geeks to change the way the real estate world does business. You will be responsible for guiding key architectural decisions, mentoring other developers and actually programming. You should have excellent knowledge of building web based applications, object-oriented programming and have experience developing with an agile process.
Responsibilities:
* Create a freaking awesome Web 2.0 application that will blow the socks off your geek comrades
* Lead a small team of talented developers and ensure that they deliver quality code on schedule using an agile development process
* Pick up new technologies with lightning speed and help your team grow into super geeks like you!
* Make key decisions that impact the architecture and direction of our web based applications
* Work with management and clients in English to solve issues and make wise decisions on how to build an application that truly meets the end-user's needs
* Write excellent well documented tested code (in English) using various open source technologies
* Optimize application performance and resolve memory leaks and scalability issues
* Solve the toughest problems other team members can't solve (you will be the resident super geek)
* Balance pragmatic solutions against perfect ones and understand the implication, cost and time frame of different implementation options
